Winter Lights & Sights

All Fountain Square residents are eligible to participate in the contest. Feel free to submit photos showcasing either or both your interior and exterior holiday decorations. 

Please note, businesses and current board members of FSNA are not eligible to enter.

Decorations should be mindful not to obstruct any public safety equipment or pathways. We encourage family-friendly displays; any submissions deemed discriminatory, political, or unsuitable for a general audience (PG13 and below) will be disqualified.

Submitting your entry is easy! 

1) Take photos of your decorated home. Make sure to capture all the magical details!

2) Submit your home via the Google Form here: Winter Lights & Sights Submission Form 

3) Optional: Post the photos to either Facebook or Instagram (or both!), tag us (@fountainsquareneighbors on Instagram), and use the hashtag #FSQLightsAndSights2025. Note: remember that your post must be set to public for us to see it or share it. 

ALL ENTRIES ARE DUE FRIDAY, DECEMBER 19th @ 11:59PM

All entries will be voted on by your neighbors, and by the FSNA Board. Submissions will be assessed using the following criteria, each of which is given equal weight:

• Creativity

• Use of materials or items

• Attention to detail

• Overall holiday spirit and aesthetic

NEW FOR 2025: Winter Lights & Sights Tour

• When: Sunday, December 21st from 6-8pm

• What: Kid and family-friendly neighborhood walking tours of decorated houses 

• Where: Wherever you like! This is a self-guided event intended to get neighbors out together to enjoy the holiday season! 

  • The FSNA Board will be meeting at Stacy Park at 7pm to tour the submitted homes. Feel free to join us!

In addition to bragging rights, the winner will be announced during the festive season and will receive the following:

(1) a unique yard sign celebrating your win
(2) a feature in the Urban Times under the Fountain Square column
(3) additional (sur)prizes from local businesses!
