Meet the Board

Dakota Pawlicki
President

Dakota and his wife Colleen moved to Fountain Square in 2017. With a professional background in community mobilization, systems change, and nonprofit management, Dakota is focused on improving the quality of life for those that call Fountain Square home. He runs a national network of exemplar cross-sector partnerships at CivicLab, hosts a podcast for Lumina Foundation, and serves on several boards. When not working he can be found riding his motorcycle, playing his tuba, or taking walks around the neighborhood with his dog Otis.

Kegan Ferguson
Secretary

Kegan grew up on the West side of Indianapolis and has lived in Fountain Square for the last 2 years. He studied Public Policy at IU Bloomington, and currently works to improve processes for patients in the healthcare system. An old man at heart, Kegan enjoys playing chess, reading books, working on a crossword, and complaining about his lower back pain. You can often find him eating pasta at the Maialina bar or accompanying Jamie to Square Scoop for more graham central station. 

Vince Reece
Treasurer

Vince and his fiancé, Adam, moved to Fountain square in 2021 after renting in several downtown Indy neighborhoods.  Together they have three very sassy fur children; Motley, Luna, and Granger.  Vince is an IU Bloomington alum and currently works as an CVICU/ECMO Nurse and Educator.  In his free time he enjoys running, cycling, gardening, and woodworking.  Vince joined the FSNA board to have a greater positive impact in his community and bring our Fountain Square neighbors together through community building activities and advocacy. 

Tucker Born
Land Use Chair

Tucker and his wife Jessica have lived in Fountain Square since 2019 and have loved every second of living in the neighborhood. Tucker works as a Traffic Engineer for the City of Indianapolis and is passionate about improving our city and the quality of life of its residents. Taking that passion closer to home, he joined the Board of FSNA in 2024 to continue to make practical everyday changes to our neighborhood. You might see Tucker and his wife out walking the neighborhood with their two dogs, Fiona and Orecchiette, or playing board games with friends.

Jamie Davenport
Director At-Large

Jamie moved to Fountain Square in 2024 with their partner, and they are thrilled to call this neighborhood home. In the day-to-day, Jamie works for soil and water conservation throughout east-central Indiana; promoting regenerative agriculture, smart stormwater, and native plants. She has also served on the board of Delta Xi Phi Multicultural Sorority since 2020 in varied roles but is currently honored to serve as National President. In their free time, you can find Jamie hanging out with foster kittens or her own cats (Olive & Catman), frequenting Square Scoop and Maialina, or starting up craft and garden projects.

Jose Kreutz
Director At-Large

Jose immigrated from El Salvador and Germany (which explains the unusual name…) to attend Purdue and chose to make Indiana his home for the next 30 years. After becoming empty-nesters, he and his wife, Margie, moved to FS in 2024, drawn by the community’s energy and walkability.

Jose works in real estate development and, when he is not traveling, enjoys hosting family gatherings and taking walks with mandatory stops at the Brass Ring, Imbibe, or the Dugout.

Jessica Radwick
Director At-Large

Jessica has been a Fountain Square resident for 6 years and has a deep love of her neighborhood. During the day she works as an HR manager, where she is passionate about building relationships within her growing organization, and she brings this goal with her to FSNA. You can find Jessica walking her two dogs, taking frequent trips to City Dog Grocery, or having a drink at Four Fingers Distillery. 

Paul White
Director At-Large

Paul, his wife Shelby, and their 2 cats and 2 dogs moved to Fountain Square earlier this year to live in a denser, walkable neighborhood. They like to go for walks, runs, and going to markets and sporting events together. He works as a software developer for a living, but truly enjoys spending his time in the basic process of doing good work to make things better than they were before.
